Headquarters of Fjord Home is situated in The Netherlands. The Norwegian residence is in Vrådal in the centre of the province Telemark.

We offer building plots in Norway and the construction of individual, luxurious, timber holiday homes. Should it be the case, that you have acquired a building plot in Norway yourself, we would gladly offer you our services.

We started our building activities in Norway many years ago. Meanwhile we know very well how to handle the administrative procedures, like applying for construction licenses and the Norwegian D-number (personal registration number). We also gathered a lot of experience in Norway in planning, organising and performing earthworks, housing construction, utilities, logistics, etc. etc. We are very well informed about the Norwegian law and culture, have built up an excellent network of suppliers and cooperate with leading companies only. Your holiday home will be constructed in line with the highest quality standards.

Our working method

After the first meeting, we make an inventory of your needs and expectations. Based on our profound knowledge and skills we can give you optimum advice concerning the building plot, type of villa, lay-out and appearance.

A visit on site is the next step. There are many beautiful pictures of Norway available, but you have to feel the atmosphere in Norway, to see the location, the building plots and the different types of houses in order to make the right choice.

After having reached an understanding and signed the contract, we will start building your villa together with our Norwegian partners.

We will continuously keep you informed of progress and will remain available for answering your questions.

Finally we will hand over the key to you; we work on turn-key basis, which means that your house is immediately ready for use. If desired we can also furnish your home.
